Lands End

People have been visiting Land’s End, England’s most westerly point for generations.

World famous for the Land’s End to John O’ Groats walk known as doing an 'end to end' and an amazing journey of 874 miles from Scotland to Cornwall and the first and last inn in England. From its cragged cliffs you can enjoy views stretching many miles over the Longships Lighthouse, the Atlantic Ocean and the Isles of Scilly that lie 45 km off Land’s End.

Bought in 1996 by new owners, Lands End, with it’s fascinating history and is very much worth a visit with ample opportunities to ‘escape the crowds’ and embrace the legends and folklore and the story of the Lost Land of Lyonnesse, which supposedly lies off Lands End and described as the ‘lost land’ is believed by many to have been the home and perhaps final resting place of King Arthur.
