Mullion Cove and Harbour
Situated just minutes from Mullion Cove Hotel you will find one
of the most picturesque 'storybook' fishing harbours in Cornwall
- Mullion Harbour from which the hotel takes it's name.

Once a busy Pilchard fishing harbour Mullion Harbour has been
preserved by the National Trust, and is today a magical place to
visit with it’s lobster pots, quaint cobbled slipway, and
old picturesque net store that provide a timeless and precious tranquillity
that is difficult to find. The coloured fishing boats still support
a small fishing community and fresh lobster and crab is still landed
at the quays of Mullion Harbour.

With it’s equally magical tiny sandy cove (revealed only
at low tide) the dramatic back drop of the high serpentine cliffs
and tiny Mullion Island (now a bird reserve) it is no surprise that
Mullion Cove and Harbour have featured in many historic TV and Film
dramas over the years.

As a guest at Mullion Cove Hotel you can reach Mullion Harbour
via the cliff path opposite the hotel or the narrow lane, both of
which take you onto the harbour walls.
