We at Mullion are proudly supporting our Cornish heritage and using Tregothnan tea throughout our hotel.
Home to the Boscawen family, the private estate has persevered in pioneering botanical firsts since 1334. Inspired by a tradition stretching back generations. Tregothnan began supplying England’s first and only tea in 2005, creating inimitable Britishness.
As well as growing English tea and a vast range of delicious herbal infusions, a diversity of lands also allows Tregothnan to produce sustainable coppiced charcoal, Cornish Manuka and wildflower honeys. Beautifully British flowers from the estate and surrounding lands are cut for Tregothnan’s range of hand-tied seasonal English bouquets. The ‘Cornishness’ of the ultimate cream tea is also recognised far and wide.
Classic British Tea

We at Mullion are proudly supporting our Cornish heritage and using Origin Coffee throughout our hotel.
Origin are comparatively new to the up and coming world of coffee, starting as dreams from a twenty something year old surfer, on his way back from a long adventure down under, to a business well into its teenage years, and producing over 50 tons of home roasted coffee per year.
Origin are passionate about finding great coffee grown by farms from all over the world, also ensuring that the farms are of a high environmental standard, making regular trips to make sure the workers are well looked after.
Using the world’s first environmentally friendly coffee roaster to roast their imported beans, it uses 80% less energy than any other on the market and next to no emissions.
