Join us at our Seafood Extravaganza Gourmet Break and prepare to enjoy Cornish fish cooked to sumptuous perfection Our fantastic Head Chef, Fiona Were, has prepared a full weekend of feasts that fuse different styles, techniques and flavours with delicious international twists.
Spaces for this event are nearly all gone but you can enquire about last-minute bookings, you might be lucky! If you miss out, be sure to taste Fiona’s exciting culinary artistry at our Atlantic View Restaurant.
Arrive Friday afternoon and unwind after your journey, perhaps relax with a celebratory glass of bubbly in the Glenbervie Bar.
6.30pm Join the management team for a pre-dinner aperitif and canapés.
7.30pm Our most exquisite gourmet fish supper served in the Atlantic View Restaurant.
During the day, why not take a wind-swept walk along the cliff paths to build up an appetite followed by a trip to Cadgwith to enjoy a crab sandwich or bowl of mussels. Watch the fishermen from working day boats haul in their catch in this picturesque fishing village.
7.00pm Saturday evening begins with aperitifs and a short presentation by Head Chef, Fiona Were.
7.30pm Dinner is quite simply a classic seafood extravaganza.
