Mullion Gourmet Breaks: Food and Wine

Friday 7th and Saturday 8th November 2014

Join us at our Food & Wine Gourmet Break and prepare to experience tastes, flavours and aromas that dazzle, surprise and delight. Our new Head Chef, Fiona Were, fuses styles, techniques and flavours to shape irresistible menus with international twists.

Spaces for this event are now nearly all gone but you can enquire about last-minute bookings, but hurry! If you miss out, be sure to taste Fiona’s exciting culinary artistry at our Atlantic View Restaurant.

Gourmet Break Itinerary

Arrive Friday afternoon and unwind after your journey, perhaps relax with a cheeky cocktail in the Glenbervie Bar.

7.30pm Join the management team for pre dinner canapés and a wine tasting by Sam Lindo at Camel Valley Wines.

8.15pm Table d’Hote dinner in the Atlantic View Restaurant with selected wines accompanying each course.

 

Saturday

8.00–9.45am Breakfast served in the restaurant.

7.30pm Presentation by Head Chef Fiona Were
