Join us at our Food & Wine Gourmet Break and prepare to experience tastes, flavours and aromas that dazzle, surprise and delight. Our new Head Chef, Fiona Were, fuses styles, techniques and flavours to shape irresistible menus with international twists.

7.30pm Pre-dinner canapés with a wine tasting.
