Hosted by Tony Downing, 'a true Cornishman' and professional Blue Badge Guide living locally on the Lizard Peninsula, these new walking breaks are
designed for fit active walkers with a programme of coastal walks averaging
6 to 8 miles each day.

Your Walking Itinerary
Day 1 (Monday) - walking a distance of approximately 6 miles
From The Lizard to:Poltesco, Ruan Minor, St Ruan and Double Hedge
With optional lunch today planned at Housel Bay Hotel

Day 2 (Tuesday) - walking a distance of approximately 7 miles
From Kynance Cove to Mullion Cove
With optional lunch today planned at Mullion Meadows

Day 3 (Wednesday) - walking a distance of approximately 7 miles
From Mullion Cove to: Porthleven, Gunwalloe, Church and Dollar Cove
With optional lunch planned at Halzephron Inn at Gunwalloe

Day 4 (Thursday) - walking a distance of approximately 8 miles
From the Lizard to: Coverack, Cadgwith, Lifeboat House and Church Cove
With optional lunch planned at Cadgwith Inn

Walk in Comfort
For your maximum enjoyment we recommend you bring the following:
- Walking boots/shoes, thin and thick socks
- Waterproof outdoor clothing to include cajole and waterproof trousers
- Ruck sack for water bottle and spare clothing
- Binoculars and camera
- Walking poles as personally required
- Local Map of area
