• Home cured gravadlax of salmon with celeriac remoulade, baby leaf and poppy seed crostini

• Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, creamed horseradish & pan gravy
• Ballotine of chicken stuffed with apricots & pistachio nuts with basil mash, Savoy cabbage & red wine jus
• Whole megrim sole with a citrus & herb butter, Cornish new potatoes & dressed summer leaves
• Wild mushroom & tarragon risotto with baby leaf spinach & shaved parmesan (V)
