pickled ginger and spring onion salsa, avocado puree

Pan seared wood pigeon,

bubble and squeak cake, baby beetroot chutney, port jus

Deep fried breaded Cornish Gevricks' goats cheese,
caramelised onion and cranberry compote, rocket leaf (V)

Traditional Christmas turkey with chestnut & cranberry stuffing, roasted winter vegetables, button sprouts with pancetta, roast potatoes and a rich pan jus

Butter roasted salmon fillet

on a saffron & lemon mash baby bok choi and a rich Hollandaise sauce

Winter vegetable chestnut & thyme nut roast with buttered brussels sprouts, Cornish new potatoes & roast pepper coulis (V)
