Seasonal Christmas Menu

With great food and service Mullion Cove Hotel provides the perfect venue for a Christmas Party with friends and family over the festive period. Christmas Menu is available for parties of ten or more every day from December 1st to December 22nd for lunch or evening dinner, but must be pre booked .

£21.00 per person for lunchtime menu

Starters

• Mini fish cake with grilled sardine, crab and prawn salad,
  smoked salmon with picked leaves
• Roasted cherry vine tomato and pepper soup
  with garlic baked croutons and pesto dressing
• Potted chicken liver and thyme parfait with an organic fig
  and spiced apple chutney, dressed leaves and charred ciabatta

Main Courses

• Traditional roast turkey with sage and cranberry stuffing, chipolata roll,
  roast and new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich pan liquor
• Baked cod fillet on crushed potato with spring onions, wilted baby spinach, fresh asparagus and baby carrots, pernod and chive butter sauce
• Roasted vegetable and nut wellington, roast onion creamed potato
  sauté leeks, savoy leaves, rioja and thyme sauce (V)
  

Desserts

• Rich Christmas pudding soaked in brandy with Cornish clotted cream,
  vanilla and brandy anglaise and a winter berry compote
• Rich dark chocolate tart with garden mint mascapone
• Lemon cheesecake with a chilli and stem ginger ice cream
