Storm Watch

Curl up and hunker down to watch the waves crash into the cliffs from the warmth of our spa or sea view bedroom. Room service is available all day for you to enjoy a bottle of Champange and nibbles or call the spa to have our VOYA products delivered to your room. With binoculars available in all of our sea view rooms and board games in our lounges there is no real reason to leave the comfort of the hotel to spend some real quality time.

Connect by trying something new

Yoga Flow

Every Wednesday evening Gill from Golowi Well-being (our very own wellness guru) Provides an opportunity to find space in breath and movement. Gill will guide you through a 90-minute class which is suitable for all abilities. This class incorperates yoga poses with breath work and relaxation to find a sense of coming home to our body.

Street Dance 

Every Thursday evening Jarry provides an adult street dance sessions, A fun upbeat class to learn choreography to popular tracks as well as lots of fitness and stretching elements included. Feel fabulous, sassy, boost confidence, get fit and most of all have fun. No previous dance experience needed and is an ideal way for couples to reconnect and try something new.

Cold Water immersion

Cold water swimming boosts the immune system, increases circulation, improves your mood, and relieves stress and anxiety and gives a great opportunity to try something with your partner to push you out of your comfort zone. 

Sea swimming in Cornwall is growing in popularity and whilst the Winter brings dangerous conditions for natural swimming, we have opened our outdoor pool to non-residents wishing to continue to gain the benefits of cold immersion in the safety of our spa complex. Starting from 9th January, Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am until 4pm until 7th March enjoy the outdoor pool followed by a complimentary tea, coffee or hot chocolate in the Glenbervie Bistro. Drop-ins are £10 per person, or book 10 sessions for £80.

If you stay for lunch you’ll also be able to take advantage of our membership 10% discount on food in the bistro. No booking is necessary, visit and pay at the spa.

Discover Love rock 

Wrap up warm, pop on your walking boots and take the coast path towards Poldhu and see if you can discover Carrag-Luz or "Love Rock" to the locals. The Views are stunning and the sunsets incredibly romantic.
