Stress Free Goal Achievement
For The Busy Professional

 

Whatever your Big Goal is the process to achieving it, from increased earnings to weight-loss is exactly the same.  The practical strategies, whether that’s marketing and sales or counting calories and kilojoules can be easily learned, but what stops MOST people from actually achieving the goals and living the life they dream of, is what’s going on inside their heads.


Day one

Arrive at the hotel from 2pm for a welcome cream tea and to meet Janet and the rest of the group. At 3pm session one “Getting Clarity” will begin. Dinner will be served at 7.30pm in the Atlantic View Restaurant.

Session One – “Getting Clarity”  We will discuss exactly what you want, what you don’t want and where you’re going. Being really clear on the goal that you’re working towards is incredibly important.  So many people don’t have the clarity or image of what they want firmly in their mind and that means that they end up wandering around a little aimlessly, wasting both time and energy.  

We spend so much of our time being told what we should do and what we should buy and the people that we should be, and what we should look like, but sometimes we just need to tap back into our own Truths and our own unique values to properly identify what our PERSONAL Perfect Life looks like and who we really are. When we really know what we want it’s actually very easy to lay the stepping stones to get there and you obviously want to take those steps in a way that causes you the least amount of stress.


Day Two

Breakfast will be served in the Atlantic View Restaurant from 8am until 9am. Session two “Identifying The Things That Stop Us” will begin at 10 am followed by lunch at 12:30pm. Session Three “Creating the You that you really want to be” will begin 2pm, followed by leisure time until dinner is served at 7pm.

Session Two: “Identifying The Things That Stop Us”  We investigate all the things, both mental and physical that we believe is stopping us from achieving our goals.  Sometimes we have invisible barriers that feel impossible to overcome, so by identifying what they are, we can take action despite our fears.  Every time we move past one of these invisible barriers, we grow not only in our confidence but also in our self-belief and our self-esteem which means that when it comes to achieving the next goal we have, we feel much more able to do it, and we approach it with less anxiety and stress.  

The majority of the roadblocks that keep us stuck are based in a story that we’re telling ourselves.  These stories often tap into our feelings of lacking self-worth, or not being good enough, so by telling ourselves a different story and by building an empowering toolkit that proves our abilities, we’re able to develop the courage that we need so we can confidently take the action steps necessary to reach our goals

Session Three: “Creating the You that you really want to be”  To live and work in true alignment of who you really are starts with self-love.  Self Love is a whole program in itself because although it’s an old cliché to say that “living your best life starts with You loving You”, it’s honestly the truth. If we see ourselves as unlovable or incapable, we’ll self-sabotage our happiness and success as a way of making sure that we don’t run the risk of rejection, or failure, or being hurt in any way.  It’s what makes over 70% of successful people suffer from Imposter Syndrome which causes no end of stress and anxiety.  

By putting yourself at the centre of your focus you’ll be able to visualise a happy, healthy, completely loved up version of yourself having a hugely successful life, whatever that means to you, and you’ll be able to step into that confident, self assured person that feels empowered to do anything you set your mind to. You’ll leave the event knowing that you’re a thriver rather than a survivor and a warrior rather than a worrier. You’ll have a blueprint of the steps to take you to the goal you wish to achieve and the mental fortitude to get there.

Day Three

Breakfast will be served in the Atlantic View Restaurant from 8am until 10am – Guests to check out by 11am. If you wish to extend your stay please speak the receptionist when booking.

  

About our Stress Free Goal Achievement Specialist– Janet Mohapi-Banks

Before becoming a Stress Free Goal Achievement Specialist Janet was planning her funeral.

She was an Internationally recognised, award winning, type A, high achiever and she was flying high.  Reaching goals had never been a problem for Janet - in fact she always found that easy.   She was at the top of her career and exactly where she wanted to be, but for Janet, having everything she wanted came with a very heavy price tag.  Living with high stress caused her to develop a rare digestive disorder that was slowly starving her to death.

Janet was bedridden for 5 years and that gave her time to think about all the amazing things that she had accomplished. Although she was very proud of her achievements, she knew that the reality was that she probably wouldn’t be here for her children’s next birthday.  Janet realised that she had made a choice between achieving her goals and being alive to enjoy them, and that didn’t seem fair to her. She knew that there should be a way for people to achieve their goals and live a life of passion, fulfilment and purpose without the stress that usually goes with it.  

So because she was so good at setting and achieving goals, Janet made staying alive her new goal.   After exhausting all that medical science had to offer, she searched for alternative solutions for her condition. 5 years after first getting sick, she finally found the answers I was looking for in the form of a chiropractor. 

Janet knows that nobody should have to make the choice between their goals and their life.
