When are check in and check out times?
Check in is from 3pm daily, check out by 11am.
What is your cancellations policy?
Should you have to cancel your reservation within fourteen days prior to your arrival date and we are unable to re-sell the room, your deposit will be forfeited and there may be a further cancellation charge of up to 66% of the accommodation charges. If we are able to re-sell the room, there will be no cancellation charge and your deposit will be refunded in full.
Is the hotel open to non-residents?
Yes, non-residents are welcome. You would be well advised to book ahead for features such as the restaurant and leisure facilites, however.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, the hotel has free parking for up to 50 cars.
What are reception opening hours?
The main reception is open from 7:30am till 10:30pm. Out of hours and emergency assistance is also available- a call number can be found in your room.
Is the hotel dog friendly?
We like to maintain a balance for both pet owners and non pet owners. The majority of areas are dog friendly.
What times are meals served at the hotel?
Breakfast 8am until 10am
Lunch all day from 12.30pm until 9pm in the Glenbervie bar
Dinner in the Atlantic View Restaurant 6.30pm until 9pm
